BIO: Debbie Padello is the Director of Operations for simplicityHR by ALTRES, overseeing human resources administration services for over 2,000 clients and over 30,000 employees statewide. In addition to serving clients, Padello is the human resources director for ALTRES’ 250 in-house employees. She has more than 20 years of management experience in human resources and hospitality and earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Chaminade University. Padello is on the board for Hanalani School and an advisory board member of the Master of Human Resource Management program at Shidler Business School at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
