BIO: From Missionary to Entrepreneur to Director, Matt Fredeluces has lived his life for purpose, impact, and service. Alongside his wife, he opened the first & second CrossFit affiliate gyms in Bali, Indonesia, pioneering a fitness movement with global reach. After 15 years abroad, Matt officially returned home with his wife and three children in 2024 to pursue God’s calling for a life of greater purpose, impact, and legacy. Having sold two of his businesses, he now leads multiple ventures including Freds.co for consulting, Kyma Network for coaching, is the Managing Director for The Ground Higher, and is a Co-Director with Inspire Collective. Matt has a business degree from University of Hawaii, is a certificate holder from MIT, is a certified Project Management Practitioner, and is Inspire Church’s first licensed marketplace minister. With a rare blend of international business experience, entrepreneurial grit, faith-fueled values, and a heart to serve, Matt equips leaders and organizations to clarify their message, scale beyond themselves, and create lasting impact.
