BIO: Like many of you, I started my career in the trenches.
Over the past 20+ years, I've built and scaled construction, facility management, and renewable energy companies across Hawaii, with over $500M in projects executed in the past decade. I've experienced rapid growth, forced exits, rebuilding seasons, and hard lessons that shaped how I lead today.
What I've learned is this: success alone isn't the goal — alignment is.
I built businesses that scaled. I also built businesses that broke me... The difference was never strategy, it was having the right people in your corner at the right time. I didn't always have that, and it cost me years and millions.
That's why today, the work I'm most passionate about is pouring into the next generation of entrepreneurs. The builders, the grinders, the ones figuring it out on the fly the same way I did. Except I want them to have what I didn't: a real mentor who's been through it and will tell them the truth about what it takes to be great in business.
