Jessica Okamura is the Founder and Balloon Artist of La Posh Hawaii LLC, a luxury balloon décor and event styling company based on O‘ahu. A Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience, Jessica began designing balloon arrangements for her kids, family, and friends—turning a creative hobby into one of Hawai‘i’s most sought-after event décor businesses.

Launched in June 2022, La Posh Hawaii specializes in custom balloon installations, themed décor, elegant backdrop rentals, floral arrangements, custom foam signage, and centerpieces—tailored to each client’s vision and style. Known for her signature “posh” aesthetic and attention to detail, Jessica brings beauty, joy, and aloha to every celebration.

With the support of her husband Doug Okamura—Strategic CFO, business coach, and co-builder of the brand—Jessica has grown La Posh into a family-run business with help from their children Tyler (8) and Rylynne (6). Outside of balloons, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new food spots, napping, singing karaoke, and playing mah jong.
