Bio: "Dr. Uliya Sparks is a cybersecurity executive, nonprofit founder, and advocate for digital wellness. She leads CyberSeeds.HI, a Hawai‘i nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities with balanced, healthy technology habits, and serves as CEO of Reckless Technologies LLC, a woman-owned, veteran-owned cybersecurity compliance firm. Holding a Ph.D. in Cyber Leadership, Dr. Sparks integrates faith, strategy, and cyber expertise to help lead confidently online, safeguard purpose, and model digital strength for the next generation. A veteran and community builder, she speaks on digital confidence, ethical tech leadership, and practical tools that turn technology into a force for good."

Earlier this year she spoke on “The Social Media Mirage”—how digital spaces can distort a young girl’s sense of worth. In November, she’s returning with a new message: “Digital Confidence: Thriving in a Tech-Driven World.”
