Speaker Bio: Lynn Finnegan is a consultant, public affairs professional, community leader, and former Hawaiʻi State Representative and House Minority Leader. She is the founder of InFINNity Project and a partner with The Integral Group, where much of her work centers on building relationships, connecting people, and helping organizations navigate complex challenges.

Throughout her career in government, business, nonprofit work, and community leadership, Lynn has seen firsthand that strong relationships are often the difference between simply having influence and creating meaningful impact. She is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, understand others, and become more intentional about the way they communicate, lead, and build trust.

Lynn brings a practical and relatable approach to leadership and relationships, drawing from decades of experience working with people across different backgrounds, personalities, organizations, and perspectives.
