Bio : Teri Joy Williams is a marketing and business professional with a diverse career spanning hospitality, hotel & travel, nonprofit, retail, restaurants, and health and wellness. 

She currently serves as a Customer Success Partner with Better Business Bureau Great West + Pacific, supporting BBB Accredited Businesses across Hawaiʻi and Alaska and helping strengthen relationships rooted in trust and integrity.

Throughout her career, Teri has been passionate about connecting people, building brands, and helping businesses grow. Her background in marketing and promotions has given her the opportunity to lead creative initiatives, develop meaningful community partnerships, and support businesses in telling their stories and connecting with the people they serve. She is also a health coach, an experience that further shaped her belief in personal growth and encouraging others to become their best selves.

Teri believes leadership is about more than professional success—it is about how we serve, support, and positively impact the people around us. Guided by faith, she values integrity, lifelong learning, collaboration, and using gifts with purpose.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Teri enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and being near the ocean.
