Aloha! My name is Elgine Onaka, and I am a Hawai‘i REALTOR® with eXp Realty, Co-Director of Inspire Collective, and Executive Assistant & Training Coordinator with Island Express Systems, Inc.

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, I have always had a passion for helping people, building relationships, and encouraging others to reach their full potential. Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 25 years in senior management, leading teams, developing leaders, and helping people grow both professionally and personally.

After many years in corporate leadership, I pursued a longtime dream of earning my real estate license. Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families turn their dreams of homeownership into reality while continuing to use my leadership experience to serve others in business and in the community.

As Co-Director of Inspire Collective, I have the opportunity to help bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to build meaningful relationships, grow in their leadership, and make an impact through their faith and purpose.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for people and a desire to help others succeed. I reside in Mililani with my family and especially enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and traveling.
