We kick off the luncheon with a word of welcome and some announcements to set the stage for what is about to come.

Jason Joseph is a significant and successful business leader in Alpharetta. He serves as Managing Director for Mayfair Street Partners, LLC where he leads new developments not only in Georgia but expansions into South Carolina and Florida from the firm’s headquarters based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Some of his local projects include ‘The Hamilton Hotel’ in downtown Alpharetta; ‘The Maxwell’, a 15.5 acre mixed-use development; ’Mayfair at Webb Bridge’, a 13 acre mixed-use development; and Competitive Social Ventures, a creation of Roaring Social and Fairway Social located in downtown Alpharetta.

His career in commercial real estate spans a 20-year progression from an investment banker to an expert advisor in highly complex transactions, and direct investments exceeding $500 million in commercial real estate across all five major asset classes.

Embarking on his first entrepreneurial endeavor X1 Capital Partners, LLC (“X1”) in 2004, Joseph’s business took him worldwide including South Korea, Portugal, Hong Kong, Mexico and Western Europe. Notably, during the 2008 credit crisis, he developed a proprietary financing structure, approved by the FDIC and FASB, which enabled banks to sell classified assets at a higher profit and promoted business continuity.

Joseph serves on the Board of Directors for BigStuf, Inc.; the Community Board of Advisors, Forsyth County, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta; the Board of Advisors, Phase Family Centers; the Community Board for Young Life Ministries; and is a Financial Advisory Board Member for Influencers Church USA.

He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance) and is married to Carrie Joseph. They reside in Milton, Georgia with their 3 children Julian, Ethan and Benjamin.

Joseph "Joey" Dennis is an extraordinary business leader with a career spanning 40 years. Joey moved to Atlanta in 2001 to help design and manage the construction of the Gwinnett Convention Center (Infinite Energy Center), a 13,000-seat arena, a convention center, and arts theater. After it opened in 2003, he became the Assistant GM. From 2009-2020 he was the General Manager where his team, consisting of 100s of staff and contractors, oversaw the execution of more than 10,000 events from world-renowned rock and pop artists and bands to high school graduations. Joey is a highly gifted leader with an outstanding track record in managing 100’s of staff and contractors as well as a first-class reputation for the technical execution of complex projects on a large scale. His unique leadership position has also led him to sit between public institutions and private enterprise for most of his career. Joey has consulted extensively in the business arena across the USA. During Joey's tenure, The Gwinnett Arena has consistently been featured in the top 5 arenas in the nation.

In 1984 he received a Gold Medal from President Reagan as National Winner of the Skill Olympics. Joseph holds a bachelor of science degree in technical education from the University of Athens. Joseph currently resides in Buford, Georgia. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
